How much SD memory can the Droid handle?

It's a Micro SD....

It's mostly music. I have 100+GB of music on my PC at home, so its hard to pick and chose which ones I want to transfer to the Droid. I want it all

Yes - the hardware supports it.
The main obstacle is actually finding a card of sufficient size. Support means nothing if you can't even get the hardware.

32gb Micro SD's are almost on the market...64gb has been announced.
But unless the firmware will read it, it's of little use. Droid is spec'ed to 32gb, past that who knows.
