How to allow pop-ups

I need to allow pop-ups on my Droid web browser and then occasionaly turn them back off. How do I go about that?

Hmmm It always asks me if I want to allow a pop up. However, you open your browser, hit the menu key, select more, and then settings. You will see a box to allow or not to allow pop ups.
