How to back-up my Apps before factory reset wipe?

My phone has gotten so slow and bogged-down, so people are recommending that I do a factory re-set to clean it up and get it back up to speed. But I'm worried about losing all my downloaded Apps and starting all over again. Is there an easy way to do this and/or back up all my Apps so I don't lose them all?
Thanks

Many people use titanium backup pro to backup their files and data. I used it too with limited success. I never figured out how to use it for its true potential. I am trying out Mybackuproot now. Are your rooted? If you can, create a Android backup and reset everything after you backup your data with either of the programs I mentioned. Then try to restore and see which one you like better. That way you can revert back to your nandroid at anytime during the process.

There is also a way to go to the market and see EVERY app you have downloaded on that google account.
