how to backup apps that are on the sd card?

Hi, I recently updated to the BB rom.Before I installed the rom, I backed up all my apps with my backup pro, then wiped my phone. I restored the apps from my back up pro but now I don't seem to have any of the apps on my sd card. What do I have to do to backup all the apps on my sd card? Note: I made a nand backup before I wiped so I can always go back to backup my apps I just need to know how.

I may be wrong but the apps that were on your SD card lost their association/connection when you wiped data and cache. I believe that you will need to move them back to the SD card before they preform correctly.
