How to backup Milestone before upgrade it to 2.0.1?

Hi, there is a new version 2.0.1 for HK and Macau is coming, I would like to know how to backup the sms, contacts...etc and applications installed in my Milestone before upgrade it to new version.
Anybody have a good and simple solution? Thanks.

You can use MyBackup Pro, but you can't backup paid apps from the market, you will have to reinstall them.

But your messages, apps and stuff won't be deleted by the upgrade, it will all still be there after the update (as far as i know).
