How to change default app?

I purchased a video player app that has more options than the stock video player. Every time I tried to play a video I got a pop-up asking which of 3 apps I wanted to use (the stock app, the purchased app, and one other that I can't remember). To eliminate that pop-up I finally check-marked the box in the pop-up to make the purchased app the default. Now it automatically always plays videos with that app.

That was good until now, but I want to temporarily use a different app. Is there a way to change the default, or undo making that purchased app the default so I get the pop-up again that asks which app to use?

I can't find anything in the DX's options or in the purchased app's menus to do this.

settings>applications>manage apps>navigate to app>clear defaults

you will be prompted next time :)

On my phone all you have to do is shut it down and restart it. It will not remember the default apps the next time it is started up, but I think this is just a bug in my phone (It's very annoying).
