how to delete bookmarks

just got replacement. using ADW launcher. how do I get rid of some of the bookmarks I'll never use. I get to them with a long touch on the screen, then shortcuts, then bookmarks.

If they're in that menu then they shouldn't be interfering with anything right?

As for getting them off that menu, I am not sure, I am not familiar with ADW.

yeah, the firt three are verizon bookmarks with a little lock icon...probably part of the boat

Go into your browser and delete the bookmarks you don't want. The locked ones can be removed if rooted but I don't remember the steps for it. But all the others ones can be deleted easily in the browser.

Oops...UPDATE: I thought it'd be easy, but, I guess I should say this IS an ADW Launcher question...

...long touch on the screen, then shortcuts, then bookmarks....they all line-up like cards on a table and can be scrolled...

SOLVED: open your browser, click on the phone's menu button, select bookmarks, long-press on the target bookmark, menu opens and if you are in landscape orientation, either turn it to portrait or scroll down to the 'delete' option.
