How to download an mp3 to sd card?

There are some seminar mp3 files I would like to download on my droid and save to sd card. Then I could listen to them as I have time. I could download them to my PC and copy I think, but they usually come available after I'm away from the PC. In firefox on the PC when I go to the url it will give me the list of playing it and also saving it.

When I navigate to the url to the mp3, it asks me which music app I want to play it. I need the option to save it. How to do this?

instead of just tapping it, tap and hold and see if you could save the file.

you might not be able to access that material straight through the phone unless you could save it.
