How to enlarge icon size on homescreen

I'm trying to figure out how to enlarge my icons on my homescreen (4 large icons), while leaving the icon size on my other screens the default size

I've been trying to figure out how to enlarge icons using that, but I don't see an option to do that anywhere. Anyone care to elaborate?
