how to flash from liquid to liberty v9

Hey all. can someone give me a decriptive help on flashing from liquid gb to the liberty v.9? I do have the donated toolbox by the way...Thanks.

If it's a GB ROM, you should be able to just flash it and wipe data/factory reset. If it's a FroYo ROM, you have to do this:

EDIT: DUH, you said liquid gb. I'd just try flashing it and doing a data wipe/factory reset. If it doesn't work, then follow the instructions in the link.
