how to freeze cerain apps with titanium

I have bought the pro version from the market to support the dev but how do you freeze certain apps as all I can find through all the settings is freeze user apps & system apps a little help would help thanks in advance

you should goto backup/restore short tap the item you wanna freeze then freeze it EZ as pie
