how to get 4g hotspot without subscribing

is there any way you can get around the fee for subscribing to the 4g hotspot? i dont feel like paying 20 dollars a month for something i dont use a lot, but it is convienent when you do need it.

Actually, on 4G phones, it is $30 not $20 for hotspot. However, you do get unlimited data rather than 2 GB per month.

There are threads out there to help u root but if ur unsure about doing it, IMO don't do it. Rooting isn't for everyone and u certainly don't need too. Yes there are alternatives to wanting to tether for free but really, I strongly suggest paying the extra $ to do it legally.

Well, pick your poison. And consider the TOS you agreed to when you signed up with your carrier.
