How to get an OTA update?

I was unlocked, rooted and had TWRP but I wanted to get software 4.05.605.14 so I re-locked and ran the ruu.exe file 3.14.605.12 so I guess I am back to stock and unrooted. Unfortunately I'm stuck with software 3.14.605.12. I hit "check new" under "software update" and I get a little pop up saying "checking for new software available now" but then that little pop up just fades away and nothing happens. How can I get to 4.05.605.14?

Since you are already on purely stock 3.14.605.12, go to this thread: [Guide] How to Downgrade, Factory Restore, and fully update the Rezound - xda-developers and pickup at Part 2b, flash the 3 OTA updates and you should be good to go. Remember to read the whole thread so you get the jist of everything you are doing.
