how to get back to 2.0.1

hi guys, noob here...i recently updated to 2.1 on my droid but i wanna kick it back down to 2.0.1. just wondering how i would be able to do that...any help would be appreciated....thanx

This was a mandatory update. Once you receive 2.1 you cannot go back to 2.0.1.

There was a way to prevent the update from happening but once it's done, that's it. Sorry.

Probably. But know one knows for sure. I think it will happen.

You can go back by flashing the 2.0.1 sbf with RSD Lite.

No problem, but it is really easy, as long as you follow the directions.

i might give it a go when i wake up in the afternoon...partied all nite and its 630 in the morning so everything seems complicated rite now...once again 'preciate the help...

Don't worry, I've been scared of flashing the sbf too, the big red letters scared me away. I bet someone will have figured out a simple 2.1 rootin g option by then if not droid mod.
