How to get back to Stock Droid?

I rooted my Droid. I now own a Bionic I want to give my OD to my brother. The Issue is that it was PE and calls drop which plagues the phone. How can I get back to the original stock droid with all the current OTA updates.

Go to Settings-Privacy-Factory Data Reset. This will get the phone to the out-of-the box state. It will also install OTA Gingerbread.

The Droid 1 never had an OTA Gingerbread. It will be Froyo FRG83G 2.2.2
