how to get blur working

Is there a good process to get the blur launcher working?

I tried removing the existing loader (liberty one) then rebooted. got stuck with the spinning liberty logo. Someone posted that you remove that one, reboot, remove adw, reboot, and you have blur.

Also tried the method one person used of setting it in the customizer, choose not to reboot, then power cycle it. stuck in the same place.

Flash the ultimate storm shadow theme. It comes with blur launcher already installed.. then flash another theme on top pf it...

NO PROB BRA.. I FIND IT FUNNY THAT NO ONE ELSE FIGURED THAT OUT AND COULD OFFER SOME ASSISTANCE....I HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT ON MY OWN BUT HEY.. IT TAKES ONE TO TEACH OTHERS.. IN A WORLD THAT DOESN'T I DO-HELLO$$$$$@@@@!!!!
