How to get contacts off droid and onto non smartphone

I am getting rid of my Motorola Droid 1 and going to a non smartphone the env2 and how do I get the contacts off my droid to tranfer them onto my env2?

I have backup assistant with vzw which allows me to download my contact list to any phone I will be using.

Actually for anyone who wants to know...because I just found this out,
How to transfer contacts from droid to verizon backup assist is go to your gmail account where your contacts are backed up and export all the contacts as a CSV file,,, then go to verizons website and log into your online account / go to servicees at the top of the page and then go to backup assistant and once there import your contacts into backup assistnat
