How to get rid of a custom rom?

Theres a hardware damage to my phone and i need to send it back. is there a way to get rid of a custom rom? or in unrooting easier?

yeah i did. i think..... im not "techy" so i am wayyyyyy over my head... i used nat3mils guide on youtube if you check that out and see if he does it in his video.

That will NOT work. If you did a backup of your stock rom you can just restore back to that but it's a good idea to un-root and maybe S-On too. I'm not sure about S-On because I haven't been a part of the HTC community for very long. There should probably be a stock un-rooted rom you can install just like you did the custom one that will do everything but turn you S-On. If you used the Revolutionary S-Off tool then I think that has the functionality to turn you back to S-On.
