How to get rid of stubborn app

under all applications on my droid there is an app called quick office and when I click on it the only choice it give me is to move to sd card (all other options are grayed out) but when I click move it says "failed to move application, system updates cannot be installed on external media."

Do you guys know how I can get rid of it?

Quick Office is one of the built-in apps so it cannot be uninstalled. If you root your phone you could remove it or freeze it with something like Titanium Backup.
