How to get screen shots with an unrooted phone?

Hey everyone, I'm new here. Tried searching with no luck, so if the topic is covered somewhere here I apologize.

But.... I was just wondering if there was any way to capture a screen shot on my phone. I saw there were apps in the market that allowed you to do it with a rooted phone, but mine isnt. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

The only way to do it would be with the launcher "home++" but it only works on its homescreens. You can however do it with a pc but i'm not familiar with that method.

I know with the droid 1 you could do it with the android sdk on your computer. Not sure if it works for the Incredible but it's worth a look.
