I did a search, sorry if I didn't find an answer.
I live in a spot, on the backside of a hill, that has a watertower on top. On that watertower, is everyone but Verizon's cell antenna's. To top this off, it is directly between me and Verizons antenna tower, about 4 miles away by crow flies. Icing on the cake, local High School is next to watertower. For years, getting a cell at lunch time......
It's summer, and the reception is still bad. One to two bars as most, dropped calls.
When I am not at home, by 100 feet either way, my phone is awesome. It's a two years old, stock Droid 2.
Is there anything I can do to the phone.
I have had Verizon come out, acknowledge the problem, and admit they are not going to do anything to improve situation.
