How to increase Call Quality?

I know for the Moto Droid, there was a way to increase the phone call quality (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/ha...m-o-c-mm-boot-animation-etc-2.html#post290159), and I was wondering if there was a similar way to do this for the Droid Inc? I tried the same steps and the menu I arrive at is completely different then the Moto Droid (yes I am aware it wasn't meant to work on the Inc) and I looked through each option in the menu list and couldn't any way to change that phone call quality option as stated in the how-to. Has anyone else figured it out?

I turned my voice privacy off, but I too could not navigate which option I should pick in the programming area.

I honestly have not felt I've needed it.. the call quality is superb on the Inc.
