How To Install Custom Themes?

Hello,
I have a Motorola Milestone and I want to put some custom theme on it, to make it rock even more. The problem is that I don't know how to do this and also, I don't know the requirements for it. Someone can help me?

PS: My phone was rooted using the One-Click Rooting Tool and I use the stock 2.1 ROM
