How to keep sound on when screen off?

When im streaming something off the browser and if i turn the screen off, the stream pauses or sound pauses. Anyone know if there is a way to bypass that?

Try a different browser, the issue is that most apps go to sleep when the screen is blanked. Try Boat Browser, Dolphin, or Maxthon, and I have also heard that the latest version of Chrome supports background/non-active tab streaming as well.
