How to make a folder?

Hey i just traded in my bionic for this nexus, and needless to say i love it. I appreciate how refined the ui is conpared to every other droid ive ever had, something ive always envied about iPhones.

Ive got a quick question though, i cant seem to figure out how to create a folder on the home screens. I know its possible because by default the phone came with a folder on the desktop..

Any ideas?

I believe you just drag an icon over another icon and it'll create a folder. Did it on accident yesterday

Okay i just figured it out, incase anyone was wondering all you do is drag an app onto another app and it groups it.
