How to manually add a podcast to download?

There a few podcasts that I can download from iTunes or the actual podcast website but don't show up when searching when in Google listen or other podcast apps. How do I manually add one for download?

I had to do that with my Church's podcast. Go to Feedburner and setup a link in there to the podcast link. Then in Google Listen subscribe to the feedburner link instead.
