How to metamorph??

Im looking to create my own theme, and I have no idea where to begin. If someone could just give me a short list of what to start off with I think ill be able to figure out most of it.

Heres something that helped me: How to MetaMorph/Theme - xda-developers
One way to start is to grab a meta morph that works for your phone and edit that.

You'll also need 7-Zip
