How to reroot my droid x

Hi im new to the forums and im trying to figure out how to reroot my droid x. I orginally used z4 root and it worked fine but after the 2.3 update it no longer works can someone please let me know how to get it rooted again tried wiping the phone and starting over but didnt work? Any help would be appreciated.
