How to restart the LocationProxyDmPlugin "app" after hitting the "force stop" button

I accidentally hit the "Force Stop" button on the LocationProxyDmPlugin "app." When trying to locate myself on my Google Maps app, it comes up with an error message "Please enable a My Location source in system settings." When I look in my Manage Applications, it does not appear that there is any way to restart the app, as there is no button to press and the "Force Stop" button is greyed out.

Is there any way to fix this without having to do a Master Reset?

Assuming you mean restarting, I tried that, and it didn't work.
