How to save an email?

I have the newest version of Motoral Droid. I have emails come to my phone for several different accounts. I cannot figure out how to save the emails. It asks to delete, but not save in a separate place.

Also, I noticed when I delete an email, it is also deleting it off of AOL or gmail, etc. I only want to delete them off of the actual phone. How do I do this>
