How to set backlight while in the docking station

You all have been so helpful in the past and I have one question.
I have the docking station that allows the Droid to act as a bedside clock while charging. While looking at my settings the other day, I noticed there was a setting which would allow me to keep the backlight on constantly while it charged.

At the time I ingored it but now I wanted to set the backlight to be on constantly while in the docking station because I keep it in the dock at work and it would be nice to see the phone on.

Can someone walk me through the setting procedure to do that? I feel sillly because I just found it yesterday by stumbling on it, and have been trying to find it all morning but i can't seem to locate it again

I believe you just tap the bulb icon and it dims the screen. I'm rooted so perhaps mine is different.

Mike - I guess i wasn't clear but Stanrc actually answered the question.

I had wanted to know how to keep the phone screen on constantly when it was charging I went into the applications and got it fixed. Thanks

No I misunderstood and realized it when Stanrc replied.
