How to sync my Flickr album?

I noticed there's a "Flickr Authenticator" inside the applications list, however there's no way to access it. Does anyone know how to use Flickr album sync?

Add flickr in My Accounts or from Gallery, Network, Add Social Network. It doesn't "sync" per say it makes them visible from the cloud as though they were local. It doesn't copy the content down to the phone.
