I installed (foolishly) the Superuser whitelist app. The app will not let me uninstall it, the option is grayed out in the market. Nor is it listed in the applications list. It doesn't even have a .apk in the /system/app directory to manually remove.
I un-rooted and wiped my phone to uninstall it, but Google sync restored it. Is there anyway I can uninstall this app without permanently disabling the app sync?
