How to unlock Droid 4 Verizon?

Hi, I have a Droid 4 with android 4.0.4, it's possible unlock the sim?

from what i understand it should unlock the sim for foreign countries but will still be locked to exclude all usa providers except verizon. so if ur in theusa ur stuck with having to use a verizon sim
