how to unroot original droid

I am in need of help on how to un root my original droid from the miui rom. My buddy rooted it for me and i dont want to brick my phone trying to unroot my phone so i was hoping for a step by step process.

Do you want a different ROM or the phone completely unrooted? They are two separate things. Rooted allows you to put different ROMS on the phone.

I can't find this thread you are referring too. Can you please post a link? When I look at the "Droid Hacking" page, I cannot find any "hacking help" link

I'd appreciate your help, as my power button stopped working and I need to unroot my moto droid before the warranty expires on the 13th!
