How to unzip a file download

Thant's okey for a newbie=) i'm running android, windows, linux and can tell you for sure, the one archiver that works good for all the devices is b1 free archiver, well, if you a searching for a free one and with high usability - here is a link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.b1.android.archiver&hl=en
there is a developer's web site in the description so i believe you will simply find how 2 download the version for your pc or laptop.
