personally i have been long for companies like htc to focus more on quality than quantity. have 4-6 fundamental designs that carry over to each carrier under different names if so needed. your 3.7" screen model. 4.0, 4.3, physical keyboard one and then maybe one special one. keep case dimensions and docking areas the same across carriers.. let's get accessory companies to give us more options for our phones like the iphone gets, without having just one model to choose from.
