I think I am posting in the right place. Forgive me if im not.

I Downloaded the nosenselockscreen.zip off of xda but I do not know how to flash it

Do I use Rom manager? If so when I do that which boxes do I check before flashing? I.e wipe David cache wipe data etc.

You'll want to use rom manager and select the option boot into recovery. On that screen you'll use the volume buttons to scroll up and down along with the power button to execute commands. If you downloaded from from your phone you'll toggle to flash zip file on sd card then to download then to the file you're wanting to flash. It doesn't sound like a rom you're flashing so just select that file then follow the prompts.

If it is a rom you'll want to wipe cache then partition then go to advance settings find wipe davlik cache then wipe. After all that is done proceed with the above instructions.

You can just flash it through rom manager by selecting install rom from sdcard. You don't need to wipe anything since all you're doing is changing the lock screen but you will want to make a backup so you can revert to the sense lock screen if you ever want to.
