Now that nearly the entire lineup of Nexus devices and some older Google Play Edition devices have received the update to Android 5.1, you might be happy to know that the 5.1 OTA is beginning to push out to HTC One M8 Google Play Edition devices. It seems to be rolling out in batches which is to be expected. If you would like to have the update NOW no worries it has been pulled and uploaded to the interwebs! XDA user "Dadud" has provided a link for the ota file which can be manually pushed to your device's sdcard and then installed via stock recovery!
