HTC One M8 Microphone on computer?

Hey guys! Starting my Youtube Gaming career, and the microphone is FAR superior on my HTC then on my gaming headphones. I was wondering if there was some way to hook up my phone to my computer and use it like a stand mic? I know I can use the voice recorder that's built into the phone, but then I have to overlay and trim the sound perfectly to the video. Is there some way to bypass it like that? I highly doubt that it's even possible to do something like this, but, there might be some way.

There is an app on the Playstore that is called WO mic that says it does it, but I have not tried it.

I got it working! This is awesome. Thanks for telling me about it man! Took a little work getting it to go and a few restarts on the old PC, but just a hint, if you're using Windows 10, just install the Windows 8 drivers and you're good to go.
