The video above is a teardown of the HTC One M9. It turns out that it will be a very good thing HTC will include the free "Uh Oh Protection" plan with the M9, because this video shows that repairing the display will be a challenging process.
The video above is a bit long at almost 35 minutes, but that just goes to show how tough it is to get into the HTC One M9. There are a ton of different steps and parts to remove just to replace the display. It doesn't look like a DIY job unless you are one of the most hardened hardware repair veterans.
