HTC rezound 4.0.3 and vplayer issues please help

I updated about 6 days ago now and I use vplayer to watch all my videos (works the best) and since the update it hasnt been working audio plays just fine and video gets pixilated and very slow checked all my setting even sent email out to the developers but nothing you guys are the best please help me

The site says it's on the market but doesn't come up for me either. The site lists phone its been tested on but doesn't include the rezound

FYI, vlc for android is not available in North America via the Play Store:

Also the vlc nightlies show apk's for tegra2 and neon systems. the rezound has a qualcomm chip so i'm not sure how its even working for anyone on the rezound. Perhaps i'm missing the proper apk?
