HTC Rezound battery help!!!!

I recently received my battery from Verizon today and needless to say it's worked like a charm. Yet, for some strange reason now the right side of my screen is not responding at all! This is isn't my first Thunderbolt that has had this issue. Any thoughts? I am really fed up with this.
FYI: I'm I'm writing this with swiftkey voice input thanks to my no good screen which is causing me to not text correctly.

Exactly. Replace Rezound battery with stock battery. If screen unresponsiveness persists, get replacement from Verizon, return to stock if rooted.
