About two hours ago my phone was charging, then I ate some dinner, came back and it was stuck at the green "htc" symbol. I called verizon, but they're pretty much useless. I don't understand what "rooted" and "unrooted" means, so speak to me in retard language. My phone is completely stock, it's not damaged whatsoever and it just randomly did this. It's an HTC Rezound and I need help fixing this.. My phone is a necessity.. My boot screen says something like this:
*** LOCKED ***
VIGOR PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-2.25.0000
RADIO-1.22.10.0421e/1.22.10.0424r
OpenDSP-v13.6.0.7611.00.0104

Please help me.. This is such bull****..

First and foremost, have you pulled the battery and restarted the phone?

Sent from my HTC Thunderbolt using Droid Forums

+1 on battery pull. If that doesn't do it may have to boot into recovery and do a FDR.

Yes, i've done a battery pull, and a factory reset, and tried pulling the SIM card.. Now what? Sorry if I sound pissy, it's just my phone is ****ed..

If it won't boot after a reset sounds like the phone died. I would take it in to vzw and see if they can flash it. Do you have insurance on it?

since the normal stuff didn't work you might try a couple of different things.
Remove the battery again, rub the contacts with a pencil eraser and where they contact to the phone. It's possible your battery is the culprit.
Try leaving the SIM card out, reboot the phone, power it off, insert the card again, reboot the phone.
Hope that helps.
