HTC Sync - enough is enough

For the last two weeks or so, that little window pops up advising of an HTC Sync upgrade available. That started happening about every other day. Now, for the last week, it's been just about every day. And, tonight, after rebooting my PC twice in a short period of time - TWO UPDATES - one for each reboot.

Are they getting carried away? Is this just going to happen when they add another phone to their repertoire? They've got nothing better to do than annoy me? Not that I don't love updates, but.......:frown:

Do you use sync? If you're just keeping it for the USB driver, you can uninstall sync and the driver will remain.

After install AirDroid I rarely use Sync.
