HTC SYNC / Verizon Vcast Media

Ok HTC Sync will let me transfer pic's to my phone but when I try to transfer video its sync's but no video shows up..but the video shows up using Vcast,,I don't understand
...why doesn't video show up on my phone using HTC Sync but does using Vcast
