The tablet is cool, if not a bit on the small side. The phone though... holly h3ll are they making their devices for midgets?

Amazing stuff is being done with Android, an operating system that was publicly stated by Google that its not intended for computers. Why are developers showing a preference to Android than Google Chrome? Is Google Chrome not ready?

a couple thoughts on the Tablet:

1. 4 hour battery life is bad... comparing to iPad (you have to compare, whether you like it or not :(
2. 7inch screen is too small, resolution too low @ 800x480 (looks "low-res")
3. HDMI, 720p, 3G, stylus, USB connectors all look great... no keyboards though as the rep said
4. rep was very confused, haha... maybe it was the language barrier.

overall, good start with Android tablets, but this one is a bit weak if you ask me

I was actually impressed that the tablet can also make phone calls. Something Ipad isn't able to do. I wish the screen was a bit larger though. But other than that, it's awesome.

Neat but I can't figure out what good it is. A big phone? I thought we were getting away from that. Something to do email with? I can do that on mine. Something to type docs on? You kidding, that's what a computer is for. Facebook? Why. I just can't figure it out and I really really tried. It just seems like a thing someone made before they actually thought of a reason to make it. Hey, lets make this thing and see if anyone can come up with a use for it. Maybe we have hit the technological crest? Nah, just lost our direction. Need to go back to the old times of: "hey, I need to be able to (fill in the blank)". Friend says, "yea, me to, lets invent it".

The manufacturers are trying to figure out just which functions to bundle in various devices. Want an iPhone that can't make calls? Try an iTouch. Want a Kindle with iPhone apps? Try the iPad. Want a netbook for those with really, really tiny fingers? Try a Droid.

To better understand this stuff, just think of these tablets and such as part of the netbook evolution.

is it me or did it sound like the guy was truly clueless on how to use it.
