HUAWEI P20 PRO - EMUI12 UPDATE

Hi guys,

Recently I've received a notification to update my phone's software to EMUI12. Currently I have Emui10 based on android 10. This update has come 2years after my last emui10 update.

I've found mixed reviews online, it's like 50/50, some love it, some say its faster, others say its the worst update, slower and drains battery faster. I'm really not sure what to make of it.

Have any of you upgraded to EMUI12 on you P20 Pro's? Is it worth updating?

I still have mine
I upgraded my phone and the only downside I can see is that recording calls dissapered. Otherwise it is a good upgrade.

How do you like the seperate control panel (with right side swipe) & notifications (with left side swipe)?

Are there any other new features you like/use?

After a while you get used to the divided top and then it works really good

Otherwise it looks a bit more modern with this upgrade.
