Huge battery issue

At work today, and my phone died. Something drained the battery HARD, and I lost 40% in about an hour. Once I noticed it, I plugged the phone in. Here's the problem though;
I've flashed Justice from jrummy. So there's no charging screen, just clockworkmod. The phone won't charge there, and it doesn't have enough battery to boot and charge.

Any ideas on what to do?

Something is wrong because an AOSP ROM like Justice will boot even with a dead battery. Also, Justice didn't have very good battery life at all though.

You can try charging the battery externally and doing a data wipe once you get it to boot.
