I can sbf (froyo) with CM7?

Ok. Look. If you read the CM7 thread carefully, CVCPS stated you can go back and forth between your other froyo ROMs by going into recovery and flashing the ROM over. You dont need to sbf back to froyo because CM7 is on the Froyo Kernel. Its a gingerbread ROM that needs the froyo kernel to run so your techincally "on" froyo. You just need to go into recovery via CM7 and then u can flash a FROYO rom over, or upgrade to gingerbread or whatever. Obviously after data and cache wipes.
